Recover The Data From Your HP Desktop PC

HP TOUCHSMART IQ770:

I have an HP TouchSmart IQ770 which I have been using for a long time. However, it has recently developed a problem. What happens is that, when I turn it on, the power light appears, flashes three times quickly, and then there is absolutely no power to the system at all. There are no beeps or warning noises, but there is also nothing happening with the fans or the hard drive. I can see nothing wrong to the eye when I check it out, but there is no light on the hard drive, and nothing on the motherboard either. I am concerned that there is something wrong inside the computer. Since I don’t know how to fix it, what I am looking to recover some software and files from the computer’s hard drive. Most of these files are unavailable anywhere else, and I wouldn’t know where to start looking for ways to reconstruct data after it has been lost permanently.

HP TOUCHSMART IQ770:

I have a TouchSmart IQ770 which is from HP. This computer has been giving me a few problems for the last month or six weeks. When I turn it on in the morning, I am not able to get it to respond. There are signs of life, such as the fan turning, and the hard disk light flickering, but I can also hear a crackling or crunching sound from the hard drive. The monitor is blank through the whole process, and I am not able to power the system back on after this first attempt. It has been suggested that the problem is a hardware failure.
